Evaluation challenges in maasai village and HIDEN STORY OF MAASAI AND NGUU.

In my life, I think the challenge
very much and there that I never think to meet them, but at World Vision
Tanzania feasibility assessment I was one of the participants in the evaluation
process. I met many people and among them there is a lot done and there is much
also occurred enjoyable and Sadly, the many challenges I find in the Maasai
community, there are many common fact for many, but for me grew as a challenge
to teach something many xylene
Among these challenges were very interesting to me
1. Many of the Maasai who we went searching for important information (information society, especially of children) did not know Kiswahili at all and others were very little understood. Remembered that World Vision is a Christian social agency that deals with children's issues more generally. This language hardly threw at least we managed to get the data to support the leader of the neighborhood.

2. The amazing thing to me mothers Many Maasai did not know even how many children have, to get help to be reminded by her husband or a man who knew his children, to me I saw it as a wonderful thing, because I am conscious mother grew widespread reports of child her than anyone else, but These mothers in the neighborhood of Lekitinge Maasai and lekatama were completely unaware. 6. There are many Maasai are now back to the COMMUNITY but not all Masai . While we met a tribe of Wanguu these people were limited partnerships very different from Maasai who, despite the problems but gave strong ties to the tribe of wanguu they appreciate very well is unfairly protest and always to go with them right then maybe give the whole worse even leaders did not cooperate completely and this was mostly in villages kiberashi and Mafisa that they will always love to resist and many projects not succeed at all due to contention of this tribe and bad flourish in the village of officers, we used several techniques to get the data they probable were unfairly too, that the organization This was the religion wants to convert their children and just want to send their children to convert European religion which is not true. History of the "Happy Birthday to You" Song
If there is one song that we all know it has to be the classic "Happy Birthday To You" song. We sing it each year and it has been translated into various languages making it a universal song. Here is a brief history of how this song came about.
History of the Song
The melody and lyrics were written by two sisters - Mildred J. Hill (born 1859) and Patty Smith Hill
(born 1868). Patty was a schoolteacher who developed the "Patty Hill
blocks" and was a faculty member at Columbia University Teachers
College. Mildred was also an educator who later on became a composer,
organist and pianist. The melody was composed by Mildred and the lyrics
were written by Patty, but it was originally for a classroom greeting
song titled "Good Morning to All." The song "Good Morning to All" was
part of the book Song Stories for the Kindergarten which the sisters co-wrote and published in 1893.From then on the lyrics were changed from its original form to "Good Morning to You" and then to "Happy Birthday to You." It is still unclear who changed the lyrics that turned it into a birthday song, but it was first published in 1924 on a book edited by Robert H. Coleman. Since then, the song became popular and in 1934, Jessica Hill, another Hill sister, filed a lawsuit because of the unauthorized use of the "Happy Birthday to You" melody which clearly resembles the melody of "Good Morning to All," the song her sisters originally wrote. In 1935, Jessica, who was working with publisher Clayton F. Summy Company, copyrighted and published "Happy Birthday."
In the 1930s the Clayton F. Summy Company was bought by John F. Sengstack and renamed it Birch Tree Ltd. In 1998, Birch Tree Ltd was in turn bought by Warner Chappell for $25 million. The company is now known as Summy-Birchard Music.
It is reported that the birthday song brings in about $2 million a year
in royalties with half going to Summy-Birchard and the other half to
the Hill Foundation.
